Refund Policy

When you buy our services, your purchase is covered by our 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not received your access to the documents / system / late delivery (only you notified before that no need of purchase after due date), then you can communicate with us for refund. We serve quality of services that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to back our services with this special guarantee. To request a refund, simply contact us with your service details within twenty (15) days of your purchase. Please include your order / application number and tell us proof and proper reason why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full.

Request for refund is accept for below reason only

  • No service delivered. In case of Target Programmes, when you are not given access to documents / system / Learning Management System.

  • No service delivered in due date (Customer can claim refund only, if he/she notifies through email before delivery of solution that it does not have means anymore).

  • Your purchase of services does not meet your requirements. (For missing partial requirements, you can ask for revision, support team will provide you quick support for revised work. But refund won’t be considered.)

  • Refund can’t be proceed without proper proof and reason, The customer who have an issue in purchase, must write an email with proper proof of bad service or worst service issues.

  • Partial refund request is proceed if somewhere missed some requirements. (It will be fixed by management team with reviewed by your original problems.)
